SHAMELESS Integration Circles

A Space for Gay Men to Reconnect With Themselves and Each Other

SHAMELESS Integration Circles are facilitated gatherings designed to support emotional honesty, embodied awareness, and authentic human connection among gay men.

These circles provide structured, intentional environments where participants can step outside of performance, social expectation, and isolation, and reconnect with their emotional and physical selves in the presence of others.

Each circle is guided by trained facilitators and grounded in principles of confidentiality, consent, and psychological safety.

This is a space to be real. A space to be seen. A space to be fully human.

Why Integration Circles Exist

Many gay men navigate a world that places pressure on appearance, independence, and emotional self-containment. As a result, opportunities for authentic emotional expression and meaningful connection are often limited.

SHAMELESS Integration Circles address this gap by creating environments where emotional honesty and embodied presence are welcomed and supported.

These circles help participants:

Develop greater emotional awareness
Reduce feelings of isolation and disconnection
Strengthen self-acceptance and internal safety
Build authentic, non-performative connections with others
Reconnect with their bodies and emotional experiences

Integration Circles are not therapy and do not require participants to share beyond their comfort level. Participation is always voluntary, and each individual is free to engage at their own pace.

What to Expect

Each Integration Circle follows a structured, facilitated format designed to support emotional and nervous system safety.

Sessions typically include:

Grounding and Arrival
Participants are guided through practices that help settle the nervous system and bring awareness into the present moment.

Facilitated Group Sharing
Participants are invited to share personal experiences, thoughts, or reflections in a structured, confidential environment. Sharing is always optional.

Embodiment and Integration Practices
Facilitators may guide participants through practices such as meditation, breathwork, or body-based awareness exercises that support emotional integration and internal connection.

Closing and Reflection
Each circle concludes with grounding and reflection to help participants leave feeling centered and supported.

Some circles may also focus on specific themes such as identity, emotional vulnerability, body image, belonging, or self-acceptance.

Our Commitment to Safety

SHAMELESS Integration Circles are built on clear principles designed to ensure a respectful and supportive environment for all participants.

We are committed to:

Confidentiality — What is shared in the circle remains private
Consent — Participation is always voluntary
Respect — All participants are treated with dignity and care
Non-judgment — All experiences and identities are honored
Emotional safety — Facilitators are trained to guide with integrity and presence

Integration Circles are not sexual spaces. They are environments for emotional integration, embodiment, and authentic connection.

Integration Circles are open to gay men who are interested in exploring deeper connection with themselves and others in a structured, supportive environment.
